The Real Reason Your Diet Isn’t Working Out


The #1 reason that any diet plan isn’t working is because diets take your attention off of yourself, how you feel, your own inner guidance, and gives that power to an external plan.

I was working with an amazing 1:1 client today, and she asked me if my weight loss journey was effortless.

No it was not.

It required a different kind of effort than what I was accustomed to.

Losing my extra 35 pounds required intimacy and intention.

I’m convinced that people choose diets to avoid intimacy. Diets are a great distraction.
