INGREDIENTS;

1 batch pimento cheese
1 jar Pepper Jelly (Leoci’s pepper jelly is my fave!)
50 tart shells (I buy the Athens brand filo pastry cups)
DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place pimento cheese into piping bag. Pipe each shell with the pimento cheese until just full. Top off with the pepper jelly.

Bake tarts for 10-15 minutes or until bubbling hot.

Serve immediately.

Entertaining tip: The cups come in a little plastic tray. You can make the tarts in the tray, wrap with saran wrap, and put them back in the box and freeze them for an easy quick appetizer for unexpected company.
