How Perimenopause is Changing my Daily Routine

Perimenopause has me researching and trying all sorts of new things!

I’ve known for years that hot lemon water in the morning has been a top recommendation from holistic nutritionists, but I could never find a compelling reason to really care. Enter my hormones. 😉


There are many variations on this. Right now I am just enjoying hot lemon water. But I’m headed to the grocery to pick up some local honey and organic cayenne pepper to give it a kick.
