Ever wonder WHY it’s so damn hard to stop overeating? Read this.

You bump your foot against the edge of the dresser. “Ouch! That hurt. Better move that so it doesn’t happen again.”

No brainer. Never again.

You try out a new at-home hair coloring kit + it turns out fluorescent yellow, instead of a sultry brunette. “Yikes! Bad move. Better avoid that particular brand, next time.”

No brainer. Never again.

You overeat at dinnertime, then — feeling crappy about yourself — over-indulge in a pint of ice cream and salty pretzels at midnight. Not even really savoring, anymore. Just numbing out. “Blech. I don’t feel good. Better stop this pattern.”

No brainer. Except … then you do it again. And again. And again.

If you’ve ever wondered WHY it’s so damn hard to stop overeating — even when you “know better,” and even when you can totally break other patterns — this one’s for you.

On Thursday, January 23, 2014, my girl Brooke Castillo + I will be hosting a FREE webinar called “How To Stop Overeating.”

We’ll be sharing the science + psychology behind WHY it’s so damn hard to break the pattern — and the info we’re sharing is very surprising, and very, very helpful.

You’ve literally got nothing to lose, except the icky thought-patterns + habits that prevent extra weight from leaving your body, once + for all.

See you then + there, girlfriend.

P.S. If you’re like, “What the eff is The Weight School?” … here’s the low-down:

Brooke + I are both master-certified life coaches and co-founders of The Weight School — where women go to permanently drop weight, without dieting.

We’re fiercely devoted to this work, because we’ve been there. There, as in: struggling to zip up our jeans, avoiding the mirror, shying away from the camera, putting our dreams on hold until we could lose “just a little bit more…”

We love our Weight Schoolers like crazy mama-hens + we want you to feel amazing. You can learn more about our backstory + why we love this work, right here. Muah!

XOXO,
Susan
