Age is Nothing But a Number

sweat

One of the biggest excuses I hear women use for not taking care of themselves is their age.

“I’m too old.”

“I’m not a spring chicken anymore.”

“It hurts to move…I’m older now.”

“My time has passed. It’s too late.”

I’d like to introduce you to two women who would beg to differ:

Meet 77 year old body builder Ernestine:

Meet 96 year old yogi and ballroom dancer Tao Porchon-Lynch:

Yes there are differences in what we can do as we age. I need a lot more stretching and rest than I did at 30.

Doesn’t mean I can’t have an attitide like Ernestine’s.

Get going. The more you sit, the older you feel.
